He is pround of 11th year in guiding tourist. I worked with him as seating guide in Saigon. Tour itenerary including 3 days: Cu chi, city, mekong. Lunch at Ben Nay Restaurant then to Cu Chi tunnel.
On first day, when the flight was delayed 2hours. Instead of 10, flight landing at 11h40. he asked for a light lunch in Saigon instead of Ben Nay restaurant. He decided to do Cu chi and Mekong on the same day.
Group still have time for lunch at 13h30 and cuchi tunnel at the afternoon, tomorrow tour to mekong and city. Customer have good meal and We donot have to pay for extra cost.

Yes, This restaurant isnot for tour group. This is light lunch. The company only can book in advance for seats and Beef pho.

You have to understand of bring 30 people to Pho restaurant to eat rice is not easy.
